Erdem Acay was born in Erzurum in 1970. Acay completed his high school education at Saint Benoit French High School and then graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Department of Industrial Engineering in 1994.

Acay started his career as a project leader at Coşkunöz Metal Form in 1994. He served in many senior positions such as planning department manager, assistant factory manager, new projects manager, technical manager, mold group manager, assistant general manager at Coşkunöz Holding, which operates in different areas such as aviation, environmental technologies, and informatics, as well as the automotive sub-industry, for approximately 30 years.


Erdem Acay served as the Founding General Manager of Coşkunöz MA, a joint venture between Coşkunöz Holding and Italian Magnetto Automotive, between 2002-2014, and as the Founding General Manager of Coşkunöz Alabuga (Russia), Coşkunöz Holding’s first overseas investment, between 2013-2018. In 2013, the year it was founded, Coşkunöz Alabuga, under the management of Erdem Acay, received the Best Investment Project award from the Russian Automotive Forum.
In addition, Acay received the Manager of the Year award in the official evaluation of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2017.

Erdem Acay assumed the role of CEO of Coşkunöz Holding between 2018-2023.
Acay, who left Coşkunöz Holding in 2024, established his own consultancy firm, Erdem Acay Consultancy.

Acay, who was unanimously elected as the President of the Russian-Turkish Businessmen's Association at the Ordinary General Assembly meeting, also continues to serve as the Vice President of the DEİK - Turkey-Russia Business Council. Acay is also a member of the Chamber of Turkish Engineers, DEİK- Foreign Economic Relations Board and MESS Bursa Regional Representative Board.

Erdem Acay speaks fluent English, French and Russian.

He was born in Antakya in 1968. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Antakya. He was accepted to Istanbul Yıldız Technical University Faculty of Architecture in 1986. After graduating, he came to Russia in 1993.

He worked as a manager in companies such as Enka Construction, Hazinedaroğlu Construction, ABKA Construction, and Odak Construction.
Between 2005 and 2009, he served as the Russian representative of the Exporters' Unions affiliated with the Undersecretariat of Foreign Trade. During the same period, he worked as a Special Advisor to the General Manager at TOBTİM A.Ş. affiliated with TOBB.

After 2009, he served as the Deputy General Manager of TOBTİM A.Ş.
and as a member of the World Turkish Business Council Eurasia Committee from 2011, and was elected as the Co-President of RTİB on December 2, 2018. Yavuz, who speaks Russian, Arabic and English, is married with two children.

He was born in Malatya in 1966. He graduated from Moscow II. State Medical Academy. In 1994, he started providing health services to Turkish construction companies by purchasing a polyclinic business.

In 1995, he entered the food sector and opened BOSFOR restaurant on Arbat Street.
He increased the number of restaurants to eight in a short time. He made a shopping mall investment in Moscow. Karaslan, who made investments in a ready-made döner factory and a medium-sized manufacturing plant that produces furniture and kitchen parts, is married and has one son and two daughters.

Ali Galip Savaşır was born in İzmir in 1956. He graduated from Ankara Police Academy in 1978 and from Gazi University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Department of Public Administration in 1982. He served as a commissioner at the General Directorate of Security until 1983.

After his commissionership, Savaşır engaged in fresh fruit and vegetable trade and later turned to exports.
In the late 90s, he turned his trade focus to Russia, which had great promise. In addition to this sector, he started the Russian distributorship of ABS plasters and the distribution of paint and plastic raw materials under the AGSCARB brand. Continuing his activities based in Moscow since 2000, Savaşır is a member of the Board of Directors of the World Turkish Business Council, the President of the Eurasia Regional Committee and the Vice President of the Russian-Turkish Business Council.

He was born in Adana in 1966.

He graduated from Adana Güney College in 1984 and from ITU Aeronautical Engineering in 1989. He worked in Germany and Turkey as the Quality and After Sales Department Manager of Junkers-Bosch Gmbh from 1990 to 1995. In 1995, he worked as the Quality and Business Development Manager at Raks A.Ş.
until 2000.

He worked in various positions at Vestel between 2000-2004.
He was appointed as the General Manager of Vestel in 2005 and continued this position until November 2011. He served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at RTİB between 2009-2011. He is married with two children and speaks Russian, English and German.

Ali İhsan Akıskalıoğlu was born in Bursa in 1953.

He worked as a photographer until 1982. In the same year, he established the largest color photography laboratory in Central Anatolia with modern machines imported from abroad.
He researched commercial opportunities in his trips to the USSR starting in 1989.

Ali İhsan Akıskalıoğlu became one of the few entrepreneurial businessmen who realized the potential for trade and industry in the Soviet Union, which began to develop its relations with the West together with Gorbachev in the late 1980s.

He became one of the first entrepreneurs to initiate commercial activities between the two countries with a few initiatives they established in the Tourism and Chemical sectors in the early 1990s. Later, together with Ergün Atabay, he founded URBAN İNŞAAT SAN. VE TİC. A.Ş. in 1995 to carry out contracting work in the Russian Federation.

Urban İnsaat AŞ. has carried out contracting work worth over 600 million dollars in the Russian Federation and Turkey.

Akiskalioglu, who was among the founders of the RTIB (Russian Turkish Businessmen's Association) established in Moscow in 1997, continued his duty as the President of the association, which currently has over 300 Turkish and Russian companies as members, until 2009. He currently conducts research and studies on investment opportunities, mainly in the energy sector.

He speaks Georgian and Russian.
