Born in 1973, Mr Kılıç graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Forestry. He holds a Master's degree in Forestry. He also holds an MBA degree in English from Istanbul Bilgi University and is currently pursuing his PhD in Forestry Sciences. For more than 20 years, he has worked and trained in different positions in the sector in England, Russia, Romania, Finland and Ukraine, and is currently the General Manager of Kastamonu Entegre Russia. Mr Kılıç, who speaks Russian, English and Romanian, is married and has 2 children.
