
The Board of Directors of the Russian-Turkish Business Association (RTIB), together with its member companies, hosted a farewell dinner in honor of A. Onur Öztürk and Ömer Kerman, Turkish Trade Attachés in Moscow who are completing their terms of office.
The event was attended by Günhan E. Ersoy, Minister-Counsellor at the Embassy of the Republic of Türkiye in Moscow, as well as Chief Trade Counsellors Çiğdem Ş. Erkoç, Kadir Sarıkaya and Cansu Tanrıverdi.
RTIB Vice President Gülşah Baysal presented commemorative plaques to the Trade Attachés, expressing gratitude for their contributions to the development of Turkish-Russian relations and their support for Turkish companies operating in Russia.
RTIB General Manager Recep Haki, Vice President Ömür Sürenkök, members of the Board and representatives of member companies also delivered warm remarks, thanking Öztürk and Kerman for their cooperation and support and sharing memories from their time working together.
In their speeches, Öztürk and Kerman emphasized that RTIB serves as the umbrella organization for Turkish businesspeople in Russia and has successfully fulfilled this role for 29 years.
They noted that numerous events and business initiatives had been organized in close coordination with RTIB during their terms of office. The Trade Attachés thanked the RTIB leadership and its member companies for their fruitful cooperation.
RTIB wished A. Onur Öztürk and Ömer Kerman success, peace and happiness in their new posts.
